Receiving Box for Telegrams-
(To the Editor)
Sir,—The want of a receiving box at the Mastcrton Telegraph office in which messes can be placed when the officOS closed is greatly felt. Persons from the country on Sunday could if there were a slot in tho door fIR and a box, attach stamps and deposit W'their telegrams knowing that they would bo sent all right, The same would apply to those who are desirous of leaving a telegram in the early morning, between 7 and 8 p.m., or at other times when the office is closed to the public. The expense of providing what is required would be small and it w»l often save the time which is HOW spent in loitering about until the office is opened. Trusting the Department will act upon my tionI am Ac-,, Upper Plain.
