School Committee Elections.
The following new School Committees have been elected in the Wairarapa in addition to, those we have already published : Carterton, Messrs R. Fail-brother (cliairman), E. Anderson, J, Stevens, J. Applin, H. H. Wolters, G. Deller, A. Armstrong, Marfcinborougli, Messrs W. Boyd (chairman), S. Harris, J, McLean, A, Douglas, J, liodge, Evans, Dowman. Dalefiekl. Messrs G. Gordon (chairman),-J. Waterson, W. Hart, J. Hodder, .J, Hart, E, Collinson, J. Gordon (secretary and treasurer). Parkvale. Messrs C, Deihl (chairman), N. Johnston (treasurer), A, Johnston, A. Oliver, P. C. Anderson, 0. Sorenson, 0. Oliver.
Belvedere, The Belvedere election lapsed. Fernridge, Messrs R. D. Dagg (chairman, trea&%rei\ and secretary), C. J. Hare, P. Harrison, D. McGregor, W. Osborne, T. Wilton, P, Vibert. Tenui. The School Committee election at Tenui fell through, Beforehand there were rumours of an oxciting contest, but when the eventful night came, the weather was so bad that only six persons put in an appearance, and the nomination and election had to be postponed. The Education Board will fix a fresh date.
Dreyertown, The election at Dreyertown also lapsed, the wet weather preventing any attendance at the meeting. Maunceville, Guilder Gunderson, (Chairman), Peter Larsen, Peter Andersen, Lars Larsen, Neils Andersen, Hans Larsen, John Stvenson.. The four first-named were in the last committee. Messrs Jessen aud Sigvertsen, also former members, had expressed the desire to. retire, and consequently were not candidates at. this election.
