Alfredton Domain Board.
A meeting of the Board was held on Tuesday the 3rd inst. Present: Messrs Kebbell (chairman), Dunn and Benton. Correspondence was read from the Colonial Secretary stating that the Government have approved of the Board's recommendation, and that an Order in Council has been passed bringing the Board subject to the provisions of the " Public Bodies Powers Act 1887," and that the same has been published in the Gazette. Resolved that tenders he called for leasing the Recreation Ground, and that the Chairman and Mr Benton be appointed to arrange conditions of lease, and make all other arrangements in the matter.
