The sale of the Kuwait for £12,000 was concluded to-day. The purchaser is Mrs Eliza Rutherford Thomson, of Lusafcia Park, Victoria. By the terms of the mortgage deed, the island is to be preserved in a state of cultivation, and all trees, <Sre,, planted by Sir George Grey are to be preserved,
