HAREAMA ROAD DISTRICT. "VTOTIOE is hereby given that it is the iM intention of the Wliareama Road Board at a meeting appointed to be held on FRIDAY the 16th day of March, 1888, to pass by resolution the following special order:— That a special rate of one-eighth of a penny in the pound be now mado for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund upon a loan of £2OO to be borrowed under" The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1880," to be expended in forming, draining and bridging the District Road between the gate in the boundary fenco dividing the properties of Georgo Moore and Thomas Hitchings and tho first gate on the Uriti Loop line. Fifty pounds of the loan to be expended on the construction of a bridge over the Patanui stream on tho Uriti loop line ot road. Such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate, and shall be payable half yearly on the Ist days of FEBRUARY and AUGUST in each year for 2G years until the loan is paid off, and shall be levied on the rateable value of the following p operfcies within the Whareariia Road District The whole of the subdivision, No_4, exclusive of Crown and Native Lands, sections 892, 893, 894, and that portion of section 32 not included in the Waironga trust estate sub-division No 3, CHAS.
