A Fearful Earthquake,
From further details to hand from China respecting the terrible earthquake which wrecked the city of Yunmm, capital of the province of the same name, it appears that the particular shock that wrecked the city also ruined tho whole province. The work of destruction was completed in a few minutes Immediately after the shock flames broke out in the capital, and in the villages throughout the province. Hundreds of the inhabitants were injured by falling buildings and others were hopelessly burned to death. Whole families were buried beneath the ruins of their homes. In some cases houses were lifted by the shock,, and carried some distance 'away and deposited intact,
The Crown Prince Improves. The condition of the Crown Prince has improved since last reports, and he is much better in general health. Defeat of the French Ministry likely. It is considered probable that the -Tirard Ministry will be ousted on their Secret Service Bill. The Wool gales, At the London Wool Sales on. the 21st February, 13,000 bales were offered. Extra. fine washed, lower, but other sorts unchanged.
