Tho Mnstorton Rifles fired the ninth competition for A. and B. olaßß trophies on Saturday last, and rosultcd in Vol, W. Wilton placing the second win to his credit for Class A. Vol. G. Scliultz won 4 the class B. trophy for the fourth time, and it now becomes his own property. Tho weathor was favorable for good shooting. Polling ... 13 13 10-36 A team of Snider men hayo challenged' a team of Remington-Lee men to tire a match next Saturday afternoon to test tlio difference between the two weapons; ranges to be 200, 300, and 000 yards, 5 shots at esich range The following team will use the Koinincrton-Lee rifle:—Capt. Donald, Lieut Thompson, Sgt, Matthews, Vols, W.A.Wilton, 0. Hofliens, and R. McKentio. The Snider team has not yet been chosen
