Handicap is over, Acceptances for the same to bo made 30 minutes before the raco takos place, The saddling bell will ring at 11,30 a.m. The first race will start at 12 noon slurp. Each race will start punctually at the time appearing on the correct cards of the races. No scratching of horses allowed except through the Secretary, and not later than 30 minutes beforo tho time ot starting. All entries and nominations to bo' made in writing, sealed, and addressed to tho Secretary, Entrance money to he enclosed, with color, sex, namo, ago, pediifreo, and previous performances of tlio horse, namo of the owner and cr lors of tlio rider.
