At .tho Supreme Court to-day, application was - made by the foreman of tho jury who arei-engaged-iir ; the case-of Hoera for perjury, and who had been -locked up for some days, that the jury should have permission to attend the performance at the Opera- House this evening. Hia Honor Judge Ward granted the re*, quired permission, and tho jury were accordingly marched through tho streets' this evening to. the Opera House, attracting considerable attention. .
