Sir,—l have during my oxistencb always endeavored to give forth the best light in my power, and as you have the moans of defusing light at times, "Couldyou inform me how many persons signed, the requisition to Mr Ballance to lecture at tho Theatre last evening, was it signed by a goodly number or only by the Hon.
