In Thui-aday's issue it has, republialied 'a; short article on the' Queen, that appeared in a late number of the Sydney Bulletin, without" acknowledgment. .That cleverly written journal must 'be a perfect Godsend to such papers as the Obseryer, whose proprietors neithervliavdjwji brains themselves to write nor the inclination to pay people to do it for them. • I would suggest that ii changes its title from that of Observer to the more appropriate one .of The Pibate, Maaterton, July 1,1887.
