It is reported in this city that the Hawaiian Government will despatch a man-of-war.to Samoa, and from thence the vessel will proceed to Tonga for tbe pnrposo of.annexing that group to the Hawaiian Kingdom, or of concluding a treaty similar to that which has recently being arranged with Samoa, St Peteksbuhg, May 17.
