The ordinary meeting of tlio Masterton Borough Council was held last evening (Tuesday), in tlio Council Chambers. Present—Councillors Perry, Elkin's, Hessey, Muir, Parsons, T., and E, Chamberlain, Papwoitli, Gapper.
