Red Stars v The second fifteens of the above clubs tried conclusion on the Stars ground yesterday (Monday) afternoon, and proved to be an easy tiling for the home team. The Stars were captained by Albert Hoar and Epuni by Ernest Welch, the Umpires being Ranganui (Stars) and C, Bannister (Epuni), E. Pelling officiating as referee. Epuni was looked upon as being too good for their opponents, but from the kick off the game waa never in doubt, for the Stars, though smaller in size, fairly ran through the visitors in every branch of the play, and had them
