CAFFREY AND PENN TO BE EXECUTED.
Dunedin, Fobruary' 7, His Excellency tho Govornor decided this morning, after consulting with the Bxecutivo Counoil, that in the Gf eat Barrier murder case the law should take its course in regard to both prisoners. Tho execution has been fixed for the 21st insfc.
