It was resolved, "That tenders be invited for leasing the course for grazing and oropping purposes for a terra of three or five vears, and the President and Secretary, be requested to obtain conditions of lease, and, submit to the next meeting." All .accounts in connection with the late race meeting were passed for pay--meat.- • This concluded the business.
