RACING. [To THE EDITOR.] Sir.—l should be very sorry if any of your readers should form the opinion that I give the racing institution as it pow epts amongst us any support. Tha whole of the tenor of the discourse on Sunday evening was quite againßt the race-course and its surroundings.
