Proposed that the Land Board be written to asking if they will allow th* sum of £7B 4b 7d deferred thirds, accrued from sections 16 and 17, Blook VIIIj and now within the Town District, to be withdrawn from the Toritea Road and handed over to the Town Board. That the remainder of Carisbrook;ioad be metallod, and also —chains of, the Mangarama road north in two sections, tenders to be in by noxt meeting,
That the Overseor's report hyjdopted; That tenders (to be in at be called for forming Bridge-street a length of 60 chains in two sections. That tho Clerk write to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, asking when the roads Hpon which tho Department bai done preliminary work are supposed to vest inihe Board.
