An important catalogue of 3150 bales was submitted, of which 2450 bales were sold. Very satisfactory prices were realized, the biddings being spirited thoughout. For all lots there was good competition, and rates were rather firmer, although there is no material improvement to report on prices. The highest price realized for greasy wool was Is l|d. The catalogue included several leading Westem'district and Riverina clips, which fetched lOd and upward. Scoured wools were in good demand, and sold up to Is 6fd per lb,
