Keuter'b Telegrams! Melbourne, this day. The Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company's R.M.S. Tasmania with outgoing English mails of 17th September, arrived here last night. Mr Sutter, Postmaster-General for New South Wales, has proposed that h conference of delegates from the Governments ol New South Wales, ■Victoria, and South Australia, be heki in Melbourne, for the purpose of discussing the postal service between the three colonies and the United Kingdom. A telegram has been received from the Magistrate at Wyndham stating that a 30 ounce nngget has been found on the Kimberley gol'ltields. •
