Breach of ihe Rabbit Act,
Inspector Orbell v J. C. Andrew. Mr Bunny for prosecutoi. Defendant conducted his own case.. This was an action under Section 10 of the Rabbit Act, a conviction having been recorded on May 31 under Section 9 of the same Act against defendant for failing and neglecting to destroy rabbits on lea Run of 18,000 acres. The case is still proceeding. Civil Cases.
John Dißher v Ralph Manning.Judgment summons, £3 4s, Ordered to pay 10s a month or fourteen days. John Hare v Arthur Evans.-Claim £4165., reritof cottage. Judgment for amount and coßts.
Auyust Johnston v John MoKenzie.— Claim £l2 6s for rent. Judgment for amount and costß, £l3 6d.
J, J. Freeth' y Manihera Ngaturi - Claim £ll3s 6d' money lent. Judgment (or amount and costs.
