Hobam', 26th. In the Governor's speech at the opening of the Tasmauian Parliament yesterday, it. was announced that the revenue of the colony last ywr was higher than during any previous twelve months, The speech favored the issue of a new loan. CoNSTANTiNOPLS, 25th.
The Government which was formed at Sophia, the Bulgarian capital, on the deposition of Prince Alexander, has been overthrown, M. Zaiikoff, tho leader of the reliellion, and. others who formed the Government, have been arrested. 26th. M. Stambfluloff, who formed the second Provisional Government for Bulgaria at Tirnova, has issued a proclamation announcing the establishment of martial law, and General Mutkuroii has been appointed to the command of the army, with full powers.

.In tho House of Commons last night the Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, in reply to a question, confirmed the deposition of Prince Alexander, whose destination, he said, was as yet unknown to the Government. The latter, he added, viowed the recent events in Bulgaria with great anxiety.
