Post, an organ of Prince Bismarck, in an article to day expresses tho opinion that tbo deposition of Prince Alexander solves the situation in Eastern Europe, whicb had become one of danger. Austria, Germany, and Turkoy, it states, acquiesce ia- the Prince's deposition. The Post further maintains that the event frustrates England's hope that a solutiou of the Eastern question would be secured by i duel between Austria and Russia, and without sacrifice on her part,
