(United Press Association.) ■ Auckland, this day. In the divorce case Lambert v, Lambert, the Judge considered the wife's adultery proved, and grauted a decree nisi. At a meeting of the Auokland Presbytery, Alexander Thompson, of East Taranaki, an elder, was seized with a lit of apoplexy and died in two minutes, Dunedu, this day. The National Batik has declared a dividend at the rate of 5 per cent per annum for tho half year.
