FOOTBALL.
The following is the final selection of the Wellington representative team to play against Wairampa, Auckland, and Napier Full back, Stock; three-quar-ters, Pearce, McCausland, and Thompson ; half backs, Roberts and Moorhouse; wing forwards, J. E. Smith, and King; forwards, Cooper, (doubtful if able to go) Ellison, Geary, McGowen, Storey, McIntyre, and Williams. Emergencies: Backs, Hirschberg and Fairbrother; forwards, Short Estal and Comibll. The following players from the Masterton Football Club have been selected in the Representative team to visit Wellington on Saturday next-: J: Perry, W, Perry. C, Perry, Hounslowand Welch,—Emergencies : Cliff and J,- Bannister. The players will require black knickerbockers. There will be ! a special train for their return journey.•'
