OPUVAKB, this day.. At the R.M, Court this morning,! Te Whiti, and nine other prisoners were charged with forcibly entering laiid belonging to Mr • : Haatie. Inspector Pardy said the evidence was pretty well the sameas given before, and. although Te Whiti was not present, he was equally guilty; with the others. The only new feature in the evidence was that given by Tewhetu a- Parihaka native of' rink who said that Te whiti gave ordors to him to plough land at Gakura, and that the prisoners had been present wheu 'Te Whiti told the. Parihaka Natives to entor, upon theEuropeaivland. The case is riot yet concluded. ' j
