HerbertvH, Reeve.— Debt L 3 14b Id for meat supplied. Mr Skipper for defendant did not deny receiving the meat, but objected to the prices charged in some instances.' Jesse Herbert proved tho arrangements between the parties, which were accordinff to quality of meat supplied. Defendant swore on oath that he made hie arrangements with Mr Smith, manager for Messrs Herbert. Bros; whioh. was 2jd per lb all round. After going through items the only\ amounts disputed were Is 11^3, His Worship gave judgment for amount claimed less Is lUd, and costs 6>.
