Sir William Orossman is re-elected for Portsmouth, the other seat being secured by Samn?l Wilson. Mr Waddy, who unsuccMsfiillv contested North Islington, at the last general elections, is returned for Brigg (Lincolnshire) in place of Sir H. M, Thompson,
