To-day's London Gazette contains the announcement of the Birthday Honors, Hon, Robert Stout, Premier of New Zealand, iB created Knight Commander' Order St. Michael and St. George. 0, H. Symonds, Commissioner A.udifc for Victoria, is created companion same Order; Hon, James Mcßain President of the Legislative Council, Victoria, Justice Molesworth, Victoria, and Justice Dobson, Tasmania, were created Knights Bachelor.
