A large amount of mail matter from the steamer Oregon has been received at the Dead-letter Office at Washington, and is in fairly good condition. The newspaper mail, which is pretty well broken up, iB quite;a revelation, as gloves, ribbomi, and naany other a&fa have been fan* iuthipapiH.
