A CHARGE OF CONSPIRACY AGAINST THREE JUSTICES.

New Plymouth, April 19. At the Police Court a charge of conspiracy was preferred by Joshua Jones against three Justices of tho peace. The action arose through defendants determining to Bit and try. a case although they were summoned as witnesses and refused to obey the summons. . The hearing was adjourned until to-day.
