With reference to the Arch-hill tragedy, it has been found from letters on the body of the assasin, and produced at the inquest, that Fuller had fully laid out his plans, and that lie had deliberately determined not only to commit suicide, but to murder the unfortunate girl, The letter was written in red ink, and all characters aro evenly formed, there being no evidence of haste. The note paper was closely ruled, and in no instance had the lines run into each other. This proves conclusively that the crime had been carefully premeditated. Messrs Moss and Seed, tho Fiji Commissioners, leave to-day.
