Adelaide, March 3. Crooks, late manager of the Commercial Bank of South Australia, addressed a letter to the Chairman of the Board of Directors to that institution. In his letter Crooks confesses he obtained sums of money by overdraft without the knowledge of the customers whose accounts were debited by him with overdrafts, He further admits he had reduced the overdrafts by transferring various amounts from the loan account without the knowledge of the Directors,
