Wo have recuived the following telegram fromoui' Wellington correspondent: —The cas6 of the girl Nuilsmi is creating some stir here, but it is beliuved that the girl invented the story which she told to the Daily. Tho Asylum authorities deny all knowledge of her, and her late employer says she left of her own accord about a month ago, arid that lio heard of her being at the Hutt and other places up country. He ridiculed the idea of her having been in the Asylum.
