Timaku, January 27, In the Supremo Court the case of Graham v Clayton for libel, was heard. The alleged libel appeared in the Ashburton. Mail in July. A verdict for plaintiff for £25 damages, and coats on a lower acalo was returned.
Wellington, this day. _ At tho Government Insurance Association yesterday, Mr Fisher's motion to revoke _Mr Driver's appointment, was negatived.
