Paris, January 17. M. de Freycinet, the new Proraier, has made his firat Ministerial Statement in in the Chamber of Deputies. In the course of his speech hehinted at the disestablishment of the Churches in France, and urged the necessity for a rigorous economy in all branches of the public service, fle further stated that his Government would countenance no Colonial adventures.
