Tho Daily Telegraph to-day announoes that in consequence of the recent increase of boycotting in Ireland, it haß been resolved to re-enact the ckuses in the Prevention of Crimes dealing with that offence.

It is announced that Mr Edward Stanhope has been appointed Chief Secretary for Ireland, in place of Sir William Hart Dyke, and will be with executive powers.
