The youth Popper, who was treated for a bullet wound at the Melbourne Hospital on Tuesday morning,. has been arrested,' with three others, on suspicion of being concerned in the attempted bank robbery at Collingwood. The prisoners have not yet been identified by the bank officials, and have been remanded for the production of further evidence.
