The mnvates of the la 4 meeting were read and confirmed, Tho Treasurer reported a credit balance of £43 18b Id, Mr Joseph Aplin's tender for gravelling the footpath and widening the main road, .South Carterton, was accepted, at £1 8s per chain, and also for covering over tho drain at the corner of theßelvederoEoad, at £6l6s per chain. Mr McDonald was grafted to erect a verandah in, hpqtpre. Messrs 'sss% Way's, o|e'r. on behalf of the Loan «nd Mercantile Agenoy Co., in giving certain pieces of land, part of Section 207, for a public road was accepted. MrC.H. Zabell, being in attendance, signed an undertaking on behalf of certain residents to give' l.|\n.d in a simi|ar manner. My. E. Butler waited on the Board in reference to a bridge on Lincoln Road, and the Board promised, to see what could be done in the matter. Tho Clerk reported that he had received £5 from Mr 6. W. Dollar, rent of reserve. It was resolved to give Mr Dollar notice that his lease of the reserve would expiro on the Ist April, 1880. . The accounts passed for payment amounted to £25 lis, The meeting then terminated,
