CASTLEPOINT ROAD BOARD.

A meeting of the Board was hfild on Saturday laßt, Present Messrs Mackay (Chairman), Harvey, Handyside, Langdon, Maunsell, and Warren. Theminutos of the previous meet-in? were read and confirmed. Accounts amounting to £4710s 6d were passed , for payment. Correspondence was read from the County Engineer,-re Whakaroro road deviation. The Oevrsegr-'fi report was read and com sidered, and thd following resolutions were agreed to .—That a small amount bo impended in improving the road to Glencoo, That the Blaqk JHill track 'be improved by a cutting from the deep oreek. That an application be made to the Telegraph Department for a share of the cost of metalling in front of the Office at Tinui. That an allowance of £5 12s be made to J. Henderson for extra metalling at flint'outting. That a.culvert be put in before the metal is put on the section of the Tinui Valley road. .
