JAM AND MILK FACTORIES. To THE EpiltQH. Sir,—l read with much pleasure your leading article of 'the 16th re jam and : mjlk. factories, and think that condensed milk would pay better than cheese. 1 also beg to introduce tp your nptice a condensed Soup that I have taken out a patent, for, The soup, jam and condensed imilk could be all made in one factory. As there is, I believe,' a meat preserving factory at Masterton, where,' Idaro say, the heads, feet, and bones are merely boiled down for the fat, thus wasting thousands of founds worth of the best soup-making material, ■ I have aorjfc ypu samples' qf two kinds of soups that were in thq Wellington ExHibitipn! No house should be'without them.' I believe they will supersede Liebig's Extractof Meat in the course of time, as they are quite equal in point of nourishment. Jqm Bending a case of them to the Indian and Colonial Exhibition, and if you like to reprint your article of the 16th uißtaiit in a pamphlet fop, and put your opinion of my soup in it, I will send it with my case that will go away on the 14th of next month, as I dare say that your article would be reprinted in many of the Home papers, and thus do your district a large amount of good.
