' All entries and nominations to be made in writing, sealed and addressed to the Secretary, entrance money to be enclosed with color, sex, name, ago and pedigree of the hone, name of owner and colors of the rider. i In case of a protest the same must be lodged with tho .-Secretary, in writing, within- fifteen minutes after the race is run, with a deposit of two guineas, such deposit to ho forfeited if tho protest is not sustained.
