Tq the Editor,
Sir,—Will you kindly inform the flockowuors in this districts, why they are taxed to pay three inspectors to look after one flock of 4,500 slioep, and why the owner of that flock is not called upon to pay the penalty of the law, as well as Bellis, Cross, and others? It is a problem people here would like to havo solved for them, lam, etc., ANTI-HyMBUG.
