It is announced that Sir Henry Drurnmond Wolffe, Envoy Extraordinary, to the sublime Porte, has come to an arrangement with the Grand Vizier on the Egyptian question. The basis of the agreement is, firstly, that a Turkish Commissioner shall accompany Sir H. D. Wolff to Egypt and assist in the task of reorganisation. Secondly, that the English evacuate Egypt whenever such a step becomes possible.
