The names of the members of the new Ministry were made known this afternoon imd are as followsMr Dibbs,- Sir Patrick Jennings, Messrs Farnell, Abbott, Trickett, Badgery, Wright, See, and Want, The New South Wales Parliament was formally dissolved this afternoon, and the writs for the general elections have been issued.

It is understood that Mr Dibbs and Sir Patrick Jennings will exchange portfolios, Mr Dibbs retaining the Premiership. Mr Farnell will be appointed Vice-President of the Excutive Council, and Mr Reid or Mr Slattery'will be made' Minister of Justice. Sir Alexander Stuart ; has been called to the Legislative Council.
