(To,the Editor,) Sir,—Re Gintliead v. another, in'your report of the flKrict Court cases yesterday, it is 1 applied to have the- name ofHheaetendanfc, Emma Standen, struck out from thiß action. Instead of this, it was the. name of Richard Bright, which, upon my application, was ordered to be withdrawn from the suit. Kindly correct thiß, as otherwise it may create a misconception, lam, &0., " Cms. P. Skipper.
