Euller—Breach of Clause 265 of. the .Volunteer Regulations, defendants; having failed to attend parade, without leave of absenco, Fined 5s and 7s costs each. By tlie evidence of the complainant it was shown that tho defendant was in the habit of coming home in a state 'of intoxication, and then assaulting her. On one occasion he broke a chair and then thrashed her with the pieces. The order was made as prayed for, to take effect ffonTthe Ist January' 18^5.
