MASTEI^TQN.—THIS PAY. (Pijfijra.H, A, R,M,) PATJM, F. Pejljng v. Kiikii.-Tliis ps a case of assault arising qf a juvenile football match. Neither party appeared, and the case was struck out. MROjSNY, P, H. floganv, Waateai Mohaka— Laroepy of a watch, The plaintiff had taken- out a summons, which was duly served, but defendant did not appear. Mr Skipper said that he had been instructed to appear for the defence. _ His Worship ordered a warrant to be issued, and bound witnesses over to appear when called upon.
