WAIRARAPA JOCKEY CLUB.

Together the pmcs paid'away at the spring and autumn meetings' amount to £1127; last year's total was £921. For both meetings the receipts from all sources were: Spring, fP.^d}autumn, £869; the oxpondi-

The deficiency upon the Spring Meeting (£104), exceeds the profit upon the Au- ; tumribyabout£64, In consequence of inclement weather the spring meeting was postponed three times, The balance sheet contains full particulars of the receipts and expenditure, the income (including £lßl balance from last year) being £1,722, and there is now a cash balance to the credit ofthe Club of £7O ss.
