LONDON WOOL MARKET

The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) have received the following telegram from their London office, dated 25th instant:—"Up to date 03,000 bales have been sold, and 32,000 bales taken for export. Competition on French account is active, but on Gorman account only moderate. Home buyers are not operating with spirit, and there is much irregularity in the biddings. For coarse crossbred the competition is increasing, and the market is firmer. For superior combing washed the market is dull, and for other sorts there is no change to report.
